Federal Foam Technologies, Inc. has been a
business partner with WESTconsin Credit Union for over 10 years. Their
efforts in using WESTconsin’s resources and benefits to help their
employees with financial wellness have been outstanding–and they are an asset to

Federal Foam Technologies is a complete custom fabricator of
flexible cellular and plastic materials with operations capable of providing
engineering and Research and Development services. Each of their locations
produce unique products such as:
New Richmond—custom fabricator and designer of
acoustical insulation and interior trim parts for off road equipment and
industrial applications. Supplying parts worldwide to customers like John Deere,
Bobcat, Polaris, Caterpillar and CNH.
Ellsworth—custom fabricator of polyurethane
foam for a variety of applications like medical mattresses, stadium cushions,
boat seats, craft stores, furniture cushions, pillows and kindergarten nap mats.
Cokato—fiber processing plant making products
such as jewelry box inserts, pillow forms, fiber fill for crafting, bed pillows,
thermal insulating wraps and filtration.
Federal Foam has been an active member of the NRACC and been
providing employment opportunities in New Richmond since we open the facility in
April of 1995. In the past year we have created 83 new employment opportunities,
58 of which have been in New Richmond. Our employees are the key to our success!
