Happy New Year! As we turn the page to 2025, I can’t help but reflect on the amazing past year it’s been and recognize that our success is because of our loyal and trusted members. Our credit union can continue to grow and adapt to provide the best financial services and experience possible, and it’s thanks to YOU!

Looking Back at 2024, What’s Ahead in 2025

2024 was a year of growth for the credit union, serving a record number of members and even expanding our services to the Rice Lake community. We Inspired Better like never before with our various fundraising efforts helping members and communities with winter weather apparel, young patients receive the critical care they deserve, students with necessary hygiene products, and so much more.

We remain focused on empowering you to achieve your financial goals while enhancing your overall member experience in 2025. We know many of you have been wanting access to tap to pay with your WESTconsin cards, so we are thrilled to offer that in the coming months. We are also dedicated to continuing and expanding our top-tier digital services so you can do your banking anytime, anywhere while also offering the best member experience over the phone and in our offices. We aspire to best serve you however you want to be served!

New Year, New Spaces

We’ve been working hard at remodeling our River Falls office and building a new Prescott location. These updated spaces are designed with you in mind, offering a more modernized and efficient space. We expect the River Falls remodel to be complete by this spring and the new location in Prescott to be open this fall. Thank you for your patience during this process!

We Got Your Back in Trying Times

We know times are tough and you may feel a level of uncertainty about the state of the economy. What you can count on is WESTconsin’s dedication to helping you see through it! Our credit union is stronger than ever, and your money is safe with us as the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) federally insures all WESTconsin savings accounts up to at least $250,000.
