- Purchase land or expand your existing farm or ranch
- Construct or repair farm buildings

- Upgrade tractors, combines, and other heavy machinery

Apply for Loans Under $300,000
- Access our Loan Portal.
- Navigate to the Business tab.
- Click on Vehicle Loans when applying for a loan with collateral that will hold a title. Select Other Business Loans for all other types of loans and collateral.
- Set your role as primary and provide your name.
- If your business has additional owners, select Add Joint Applicant.
- Choose Guarantor as their applicant type.
- Follow the remaining prompts in the application.
- Once finished, you'll receive an email confirming we received your application
Apply for Loans Over $300,000
Please contact a Business Loan Officer to discuss your project, review the steps to apply for your loan, and send your confidential information securely.
The following items will be requested as part of your application process.
- Personal Financial Statement for all owners with 20% or more ownership
- For existing members that have completed this form previously and would like to provide updates to that form, contact your Business Loan Officer
- 3 years of business, personal and affiliated company tax returns
- Current profit and loss statement and balance sheet
- Business Debt Schedule
- Filed Articles of Organization
For Requests Secured by Other Farm Assets
- Inventory list of existing equipment
- Purchase agreement, if applicable when available for equipment purchases
- Historic milk production data, if applicable
- Historic and projected crop yield and crop plan, if applicable
- Cash Flow Projection may be required with crop plan expansion
- Breakdown of crop input cost to be included in the loan request, if applicable
For Real Estate Projects
- Building cost projections, if applicable for construction projects
- Purchase agreement, if applicable for real estate purchases when available
- Projections or detail on projected rents and expenses, if applicable for new rental properties
