  • Add your Visa debit card to your digital wallet for quicker, more secure transactions through Apple Pay and Google Pay (not available for HSA debit cards)
  • Free unlimited transactions and inquiries at WESTconsin-owned ATMs
  • Four Free ATM transactions or inquiries per month, or unlimited transactions with eSmart Checking, at non-WESTconsin owned ATMs (surcharges may apply from ATM owner) - up to a $1.25 charge for each additional transaction or inquiry based on Membership Value Pricing (MVP) status
  • Make withdrawals, balance inquiries, and transfers worldwide at ATM terminals displaying the Visa, Mastercard, or Pulse logos
  • Use the Alliance One locator to find the nearest surcharge-free ATM terminal when traveling

Overdraft Privilege Program

Life happens, so it's better to be prepared when it does. When you enroll in the Overdraft Privilege Program, we'll cover checking account overdrafts from ATM withdrawals and debit card transactions. Please note, Overdraft Privilege is not available for HSA debit cards. 

  1. If you decide to opt in, Overdraft Privilege will cover the shortfalls described. Just contact us to provide consent. 
  2. If you don't opt in, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions may be denied when funds aren't available.

Let Us Know About Your Travel Plans

Before you leave town, tell us where you're headed so your transactions process smoothly. Otherwise, our system may flag your activity for possible fraud because it occurs outside your home area.

Submit a Travel Form by logging in to WESTconsin Online and selecting the Credit & Debit Card Travel Form under Additional Services. It's ideal if you can give us a 48-hour notice. If not, please call our Service Center or visit any WESTconsin office to update us.
