Let Us Know About Your Travel Plans

Before you leave town, tell us where you're headed so your transactions process smoothly. Otherwise, our system may flag your activity for possible fraud because it occurs outside your home area.

Submit a Travel Form by logging in to WESTconsin Online and selecting the Credit & Debit Card Travel Form under Additional Services. It's ideal if you can give us a 48-hour notice. If not, please call our Service Center or visit any WESTconsin office to update us.

Make a Payment

You have plenty of options when it comes to paying your Platinum Visa credit card bill every month.

You can withdraw your payment from your WESTconsin Credit Union Checking or Membership Savings Account with the option to make the payment in full, a fixed dollar amount, or the minimum payment amount due.

  1. Transfer your payment from your WESTconsin account or any account linked via cross-account access. Create a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments. 
  2. Make a payment from any financial institution by selecting your credit card and accessing the Credit Card Portal. You will be able to schedule either one-time or recurring ACH electronic payments.

Contact Cardholder Services to make a no-fee payment when you use a savings or checking account.

Send in an imprinted check or money order, along with the statement header, to the address below. Please note, we don't accept convenience/temporary checks.
