Online Transfers From WESTconsin
It's easy to set up one-time or recurring transfers from your WESTconsin account using WESTconsin Online and our Mobile App.
Online Loan Payments from Another Financial Institution
Make payments using WESTconsin Online and our Mobile App by setting up transfers from a non-WESTconsin account.
- Click > Move Money/Payments > Pay My WESTconsin Loan from non-WESTconsin Account
- Click > Make a Loan Payment > Pay WESTconsin Loan from your non-WESTconsin Account
- Add > funding account information
- Schedule your payment following the on-screen prompts
Note: When adding a new account to make a payment, the earliest date available will be two business days from the date the new account was added.
Auto Pay via ACH
Just complete the ACH Origination Transfer form and then mail it in or drop it off at any WESTconsin location* and we’ll handle the payment for you.
Internal Mortgage Auto Pay
That'll ensure your payment arrives on time. Please keep in mind, your payment is modified annually with Escrow Analysis. If your monthly payment changes, your Internal Mortgage Auto Pay will reflect that change.

That does not mean you cannot make a partial or principal only payment though. If you would like to do this, please contact us at (800) 924-0022 during regular business hours.
Online payments from your account at another financial may take 1-3 business days to process and post the payment to your loan. If you need your payment to post sooner than this, please contact us at (715) 235-3403 during regular business hours.
